Return Policy

1. No Return Policy
Infinity Motors does not accept returns or offer refunds for used vehicles once they have been delivered. All sales are final.

3. Limited Cooling-Off Period
Although Infinity Motors does not accept returns, we acknowledge the 14-day cooling-off period as mandated by UK law for distance sales (subject to terms and conditions).


During this period, customers can cancel their order before the vehicle is delivered. Once the vehicle has been delivered and driven, the sale is considered final and non-refundable ( subject to terms and conditions).

4. Exceptions to Cancellation
Customers may cancel their purchase before the vehicle is collected.
Once the vehicle has been collected, any cancellation request will not be accepted, and the sale will be considered final.

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review all vehicle details, photos, and inspection reports provided online before making a purchase decision.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to check and verify any ULEZ and/or clean air zone stipulations and requirements with their local authority prior to purchase. Infinity Motors will not be held liable for any misinformation obtained by the customer from external sources.

A pre-purchase inspection and test drive can be arranged upon request at one of our physical locations to ensure customer satisfaction before finalizing the online purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a significant undisclosed defect or issue with the vehicle that is contrary to the description provided, customers may contact our customer service team to discuss potential resolutions in accordance with their legal rights.
